About Us

Soon after being married, we purchased Mount Pleasant, a 1000 acre farm in 2002. We ran black baldy cows with a Tobias Limousin bull over them. Using this cross, enabled us to sell the progeny as vealers, with a premium price due to the muscling, for both heifers and steers. And this began our passion and interest in the Limousin breed. After hearing about the Donna Valley Limousins dispersal sale we made a decision to start our own stud. With our three young boys helping, we purchased 8 females with calves at foot. We have continued to grow our stud, and this year celebrate our 10th Annual Bull Sale. We have thoroughly enjoyed breeding and showing our stud cattle over the years as well as being members of the Australian Limousin Breeder's Society and our sons being involved in the Limousin Youth Association.
